NOTICE IS GIVEN that GROUNDWORK DANCE THEATER, a nonprofit Ohio Corporation, having its principal place of business in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, at a meeting of Members duly called and held, elected to voluntarily dissolve and wind up its affairs pursuant to Section 1702.47, Ohio Revised Code. A certificate of dissolution of GroundWorks DanceTheater was filed in the Office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on or about November 12, 2024 with an effective date of November 12, 2024.
