Kinection for Learning is a long-term residency program designed to support and enhance Pre K-12 classroom learning through creative movement and kinesthetic learning. The program aligns with OH Academic Content Standards in a variety of subjects and grade levels, making it easily customizable to the needs of any school. Groundworks teaching artists take academic concepts from any area of the core curriculum (STEM) and create new connections and understanding through experiential learning, physical embodiment, and social emotional learning. In addition, GroundWorks designs teacher training modules to help educators integrate movement into classroom teaching/learning, as well as to support and develop existing dance curriculum.
