GroundWorks is committed to enriching the quality of the dialogue between its artists and the communities it serves, as well as developing future audiences for dance at large. Education programs bring the community into direct contact with the company’s professional dancers and teaching artists in a collaborative, participant-centered environment that supports discovery, self-expression, and relationship building. The company offers programs throughout Northeast Ohio, including workshops for youth (Pre K-12), intensives and residencies for college/university students and dance studios, master classes for members of the pre/professional dance community, and offerings for adults of any age who have an interest in movement, creativity, and expression.
