Larry W. Zukerman is the managing partner of Zukerman, Daiker & Lear Co., L.P.A. His practice includes high profile white-collar criminal defense, allegations of crime from internet/computer usage as well as federal narcotics cases, medical fraud, as well as professional athletes. Mr. Zukerman also represents individuals in the state and municipal courts of Ohio, as wells as in other states and countries. Mr. Zukerman consults on ethics and grievance matters and represents Judges, Doctors, and Lawyers before the various State Agency Disciplinary Boards. He is an adjunct professor of law at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he has taught for the past twenty-three years. Mr. Zukerman’s teaching experience is not limited to the classroom. He has been selected to teach lawyers at seminars, concerning a wide variety of subject matters. Mr. Zukerman is actively involved in the legal community and served as president of the Cuyahoga County Defense Lawyers Association, the vice president of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation, and the chairman of the Cleveland Bar Association’s Criminal Law Section, as well as on it’s Board of Directors. Mr. Zukerman also served on the Law School’s Board of Directors.
Larry and his wife Norma live in Beachwood, Ohio with their three dogs. They successfully raised three children; Matt lives in Cleveland and manages commercial real estate, Shayna lives in Manhattan with her husband Ari, and works for the Orthodox Union, and Dara, who also lives in Manhattan, is completing her college education and works as a preschool teacher.
Larry and Norma attend the home Cavs games and follow them when they’re on the road. Through the help of a close friend, Larry enjoys attending Springsteen concerts with friends. Also an avid skier, Larry travels with his family and friends out west. While at home, Larry works out, lifts weights and spins to clear his mind and maintain a youthful countenance.
